Refund Policy for KP Self-Storage

At KP Self-Storage, we strive to provide a clear and fair refund policy to our customers. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Rent Refunds

Storage unit rent is non-refundable once payment has been processed and access has been granted.

  • We do not prorate or refund partial months. If you vacate your unit early, the remaining days in your billing cycle are not refundable.

2. Reservation Fees

  • Any reservation or administrative fees paid to hold a unit are non-refundable, unless KP Self-Storage is unable to fulfill your reservation.

3. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds due to billing errors or duplicate payments will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our office immediately.
